1. Introduction

Tarot Fans is an international platform connecting users with the best experts. We offer users the opportunity to consult experts for private and confidential sessions via various communication modes: audio, video, chat, and live.

1.2. Acceptance of the T&C

By registering and using the Tarot Fans platform, you unreservedly accept these Terms and Conditions (T&C). These T&C constitute a contract between you (hereinafter referred to as 'the Client') and Tarot Fans (hereinafter 'we', 'our', or 'us'). If you do not accept these terms, you cannot use the platform's services.

1.3. Access to the Application

The Tarot Fans application is strictly reserved for adults, meaning individuals aged 18 or older. By using the application, you declare and guarantee that you are 18 years old or older. If you are under 18, you are not authorized to use this application or access its services. Tarot Fans reserves the right to suspend or immediately terminate your account if it discovers that you do not meet the age requirement to use the application.

2. Registration and Profile Management

2.1. Account Creation

To use the Tarot Fans services, you must create an account by providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth.

2.2. Profile and Security

You have the option to add a profile picture and specify the languages you speak. Your personal information is strictly confidential and is used solely for the management of your account and consultations. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities carried out under your account.

3. Platform Usage

3.1. Consulting with an Expert

Expert Selection: Browse our list of experts, check their rates, and choose the one that best suits your needs.
Consultation Mode: Select the consultation mode (audio, video, chat, or live).
Availability Check: Check if the expert is available (green status) or unavailable (red status). If the expert is unavailable, you can schedule an appointment or wait until they are ready.

3.2. Participating in Live Sessions

You can participate in live sessions offered by certain experts, where exclusive discussions and group consultations are organized. You have the option to benefit from a free daily minute with different experts to explore their skills. The rates for these sessions range from 0.10€ to 1€ per minute.

3.3. Thematic Shops

Access personalized expert shops where you can purchase thematic consultations. You only pay for the time actually consumed. The rates are specified for each product or consultation, with the option to consult immediately or schedule an appointment.

3.4. Consultation Management

All your consultations, past or upcoming, are centralized in the "My Consultations" section, where you can easily manage your interactions with experts.

4. Payments and Budget Management

4.1. Wallet

Your Wallet on Tarot Fans allows you to manage your credits to consult with experts. You only pay for the time consumed, and all transactions are secured through our payment partner and Stripe. You can recharge your Wallet at any time and track your expenses in the "My Wallet" section.

Audio, Video, and Chat Consultations: Rates range from 1€ to 15€ per minute.

Live Consultations: Rates vary from 0.10€ to 1€ per minute.

4.2. Cancellation and Refunds

If you decide not to use a purchased consultation or if you only partially consume it, you have the option to cancel the order. Unused credits will be unlocked and available in your Wallet for other consultations or purchases.

5. Expert Reviews and Follow-Up

5.1. Leaving a Review

After each consultation, you can leave a rating and a comment to evaluate the expert's performance. Your reviews help other users make informed choices.

5.2. Following Experts

You can follow your favorite experts by adding them to the "My Follows" section. This section also allows you to easily find liked products in the experts' shops.

6. Personal Data Protection

6.1. Security and Privacy

Tarot Fans is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your data is used only for account management, consultations, and payments.

6.2. User Rights

Access: You can request access to your data.
Rectification: You can request correction of inaccurate data.
Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data, subject to legal obligations.
Objection: You can object to the processing of your data in certain cases.

7. Liability and Limitation of Liability

Tarot Fans is not responsible for the interactions between clients and experts, nor for the quality of the services provided by the experts. The platform acts solely as an intermediary facilitating the connection.

Clients can report an expert and leave reviews on their profile. However, if an expert provides inaccurate predictions, discusses sensitive topics like health, or engages in questionable practices, the platform cannot be held responsible.

Tarot Fans takes reports seriously and reserves the right to ban experts if clients deem their practices suspicious or if the services were not provided as agreed. However, we cannot guarantee against all potential risks, and the platform's responsibility is limited accordingly.

In case of a dispute, the client may only take action against the expert in their own name or on behalf of their business.

7.2. Limitation of Liability

Tarot Fans cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform, including financial or material losses.

8. Modifications to the T&C

Tarot Fans reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via the application or by email.

11.2. In-App Purchases and Payments via Payment Provider and Stripe

All payments made within the Tarot Fans application, including Wallet top-ups and consultation purchases, are processed by our secure payment partner and Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of use and privacy policy of the platform's payment provider and Stripe, which are accessible directly on their respective websites.

Credit amounts are clearly displayed before each transaction. Once a purchase is confirmed, no refunds will be issued, except in the case of a technical error or other exceptional situation, at the discretion of Tarot Fans.

On the Apple Store, in-app purchases are subject to Apple's refund policies, available here. On Google Play, refunds follow the rules defined by Google, accessible here.

11.3. Application Updates

Tarot Fans may offer periodic updates to improve features and fix potential bugs in the application. You are encouraged to keep your application up to date to benefit from the best possible experience. Apple and Google may impose mandatory updates to continue using certain services.
